Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
As our standard policy already offers 30 days, EU customers automatically benefit from this extended window.

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item (or proof that it has been sent), we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used at checkout, at no additional cost to you.
Hi, I’m Csenge; the hands and heart behind tibay.
I’m a Hungarian fiber artist, who loves crafting & creating. What started as a personal passion for crocheting and knitting in 2023, slowly turned into something more; a way to express myself, slow down and connect with others through handmade fashion.
tibay was born out of the desire to create clothing that feels good; not only on the body, but on the conscience, too. In a fast-paced world of overproduction and trends that come and go, I wanted to offer something more meaningful: pieces made with care, intention, and natural materials that are gentle on both the skin and the planet.
All items are handmade in small batches, using sustainable fibers & a lot of love. I follow a slow fashion philosophy, which means no mass production, no unnecessary waste; just timeless, wearable items crafted to last.
I release limited-edition drops every month, each one with unique colors, textures, or seasonal inspiration. Every drop is small and thoughtfully made; once it's gone, it’s truly one of a kind.
My mission is to inspire people to choose less, but better; and to rediscover the value in things made by hand. Each and every item carries a story and is made to be worn and loved over time.
