Products: All products are handmade knitwear crafted with natural, ethically sourced yarns. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to the natural materials used.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in HUF. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders & Payment: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment methods available at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery: Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal: As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Conformity of Goods: Products are guaranteed to conform to their description. If a product is defective or does not conform, you are entitled to remedies under EU Directive 2019/771/EU.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, tibay is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hungarian courts. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
